Default MIL Eliminators

I need an inspection soon and I was wondering if the MIL eliminators that american muscle sells for the 96-04 mustangs would work on the 05+? I assume its just a bunch of resistors that always send back a signal that tells the pcm that the cats are working correctly, but i dont know if this signal is the same for s197s. has anyone used these successfully on an s197?

I heard that MIL eliminators don't work on our cars. I've learned to live with the check engine light being on. Someday I'll get a hand held tuner to turn it off.

I was looking for the email I sent to AM asking the same question, but can't find it. The answer is no, they don't work with our cars.

Crap. I thought this was going to be an off topic thread on how to eliminate mother-in-laws.

Too bad.
