So three weeks ago My Mustang was hit in the parking garage where my wife works. Low and behold there was a note on the windshield and the owner of the car that hit us left a phone number and filed a claim with their insurance. I want to thank Progressive insurance for the incredible handling of the claim, and thank Kadels auto body for their incredible work. The body shop did have a small accident and one of their drivers backed into the Mustang but they called me right away and fixed the damage and even fixed a scratch that was there when I bought the car.

 

Very cool, man. It's good to hear when things go well, even better than expected. Usually dealing with insurance and body shops is a sh*tstorm. I'm glad both stages were so easy

 

Very nice of the fellow to leave his number... seen too many A-hole stories about people but there are some good ones around... glad everything went well...

 

Sometimes people do the right thing and renew your confidence in the world.

 

they should've replaced the SC that was damaged too.
