Default rear end question

I thought that the 3.55 rear end was standard with the 5 speed and the 3.73 was the "upgrade", well when I picked up the car it was with the 3.31 of course.

It seems pretty quick but do you guys know the approx difference vs the 3.55 or 3.73? I would think the 3.31 may provide better highway mileage? Not that I really care about that but I would like to know the main performance difference vs the 3.73...
thanks for any insight

I went from 3.31's to 4.10's and the change was amazing, its a brand new badass car now.

Mileage difference was minuscule
