Default GT/CS with Flowmaster American Thunder Question

Does anyone have a GT/CS with the Flowmaster American Thunder axle-backs? The reason I am asking is that I saw someone selling a set in the classified section. He said they are in perfect condition and the only reason he is selling them is that they rub against his new GT/CS bumper. I'm assuming he added the GT/CS diffuser to his rear setup to a normal GT.

So...I have a GT/CS and was thinking of getting these, but won't if they do not work with the diffuser.

Any thoughts on this? Any other experiences with this particular setup?

He probably didn't adjust it correctly. They should fit.

Excatly.... I had to have mine re-adjusted after I changed my bumper. They will fit!

It's simply a matter of loosening both the midpipe and axleback clamps and a little adjusting, providing everything is in tolerance (a.k.a., not bent). Best if you have a 2nd hand to keep the tip centered while you adjust and tighten.

Yeah, it's a rushed install.
You'll be OK.
