Default Top Speed?

I was out in the Mustang Sunday night having some fun driving around with a guy from my unit. He kept asking me what the car tops out at. It was around 1am and there was noone on the freeway, I mean like a ghost town, not to mention we were far away from the city. I decided to see how far she could go. Ive had it to the 145 MPH speedo limit several times, but noticed it was still pulling very well and still had plenty of RPM left. Anyway, to make a long story short, I kept my foot in it until the engine redlined at 6k in 5th gear. I was wondering if anyone knew what this equates to in speed.

Heres the variables:

5th Gear ( Which I believe is 0.68 )
6,000 RPM's
4:10 Gears
Stock 18" Wheels and Tires ( P235/50ZR18 )

Much thanks!

175.77 @ 6k RPM by 1 calculator which shows 5th on a manual as 0.675
181.66 @ 6250 PRM by another listing 0.68.

I wonder what the stock tires are rated at as far as speed.

Just think if you had 2.59 gears you'd go 275 MPH...LOL!
