yes, they are....

It sounds like you have a nice chunk of change ready for a car, make sure to spend it wisely and don't get scammed. GT's are very nice cars that you can do allot with! I'm sure if you search around, you will be able to find a fair amount of cars to pick from in your price range...maybe better, leaving you some extra mod money.
