Cold Mornings

The dealer or any good shop can load test both the battery and the alternator. If you're experiencing hard starts due to slow cranking, then I'd start there. Otherwise and probably much less likely, you have a bad cable or you're starter has a few shorted windings causing it to pull more current when you crank.
Thanks

I am gonna agree with the battery. Do you know why your last one died? A two year old battery should not die, especially if temps as high as yours. So even though you have a new battery, maybe you have something drawing power and draining it.

I just noticed the same problem this year. When I start the car in the cold and it's been sitting for a few days, it cranks VERY slowly as though it's on its last legs. It eventually starts but I'm pretty sure if it gets any weaker I won't be able to turn it over enough to get it started. My battery (and car) are 2.5 years old.

I have a question, if it is the battery or alternator, why is not happening always and also If i start my car and I have the cranking issue then i take it out of garage turn it off then start it up and it will come up quickly as normal ?

I think same here, but i mean when starting it onthe morning or after 2 days of sitting it will be lazy but o nthe road it iwll kick ***.
I just confused why if it could be the alternator it is not happening always no matter if it is in the morning, evening, etc..
