Silver Horse Racing...
Vision will be impaired for sure but no one should rely solely on them for blind spots...
As far as blind spot, get yourself some blind spot mirrors to stick on your side mirrors and problem solved.
Being that I drive a 24 foot long truck all day long with no back or side windows, you learn to use those side mirrors.
Look at my side mirror and you will see the little circle concave mirror;

I emailed the body shop and hopefully they will get back to me. If they can do it and there are no additional labor costs or of it's within a decent range, I'll prolly get those slapped on.
The more I cruise on here, the more I spend. haha. Late Christmas gifts for myself xD
Sounds good, I'll give those a try. The turn head method gets a little tricky in traffic, heh.

You can buy the blind spot mirrors at any Wal-Mart, Twin Bee, Auto-Zone or Advance Auto Stores.

Too friggin weird, lol I have the 2" fish eye mirrors on mine (see pics from today) I get on and off the Interstate a lot and cranking my neck around sucks so these work great, I admit there not the most attractive thing but there function wins over the any looks.

Yep, I have blind spot mirrors on all 5 of my vehicles. It really helps you move in and out of traffic much easier.
It would be interesting to see what the design of the Integrated Blind Spot mirrors look like on the 2011 Mustangs.
OK....I just found it;

[QUOTE=07 Stang;6726367]oh wow, that looks pretty sweet..
The body shop is asking $145 for install of the louvers.. $65 for the glass shop to cut it out?? That really doesn't make sense. I can see $80 for the paint, prep work and install. I think they are taking me for a ride. Add the cost of SHR louvers and I'm looking at the $300 range.. Any suggestions? Looks like I might have to pass.

I payed $100 for the paint and $125 for the install. The first install quote I got was $100 but when I went to pick up my car they said it was $125. I wasn't too happy about paying the extra $25 after they quoted one price, but what are ya going to do? Unfortunately the guy who quoted me that price got fired, so I had no leg to stand on. However, I only paid $40.00 for the louvers, so I guess it all evens out.

Keep checking eBay or your local Craigslist. You never know, you may end up with deal like I did.
