Default Temp Guage Ideas

Saturday driving home i notices my temp guage went to hott, so i stopped and made sure i was not over heating and low and be hold i was not, i shut the car off and started it back up to reset the guages to see if that helped and it did not, i ran system check and it checked out normal.. It has been like this since then. It will start out on H when i first start it up in the morning and after a wile it looks like the picture shown, has anyone had this issue before or know where i can start? i was thinking temp sensor replace?

I have also had the oil guage be funky as well, it has gone up to H for a wile then when i went back and drove it again it was normal, and sometimes it will show 0 oil pressure as well but then after 30min or so of drivein shut the car off and back on itll be normal

The SJB is probably involved, so maybe you've got the infamous water leak . . .
