That's the Chamois premier interior package. It came with the aluminum pedals, shifter and shifter trim ring along with the stitched dash brow, console lid and door panel armrests.

I have an Alloy/Chamois 08 GT coupe.

Probably not much if you do it yourself. I believe the make some pretty nice spray on adhesives and im sure you can order red vinyl of w/e material you choose and do it easily. There is a thread somewhere where someone fixed theirs that was peeling off, so i would assume you could peel yours off and put new material on, but it may be molded to fit the door so i dont know exactly.
