I have a 2008 Shelby GT and it didnt come with an owners manual. I have it stored in the garage and the battery went dead, I charged the battery but now theres an icon on the dash with a car and a padlock in front of it and its beeping at me. I cant get the car to start. Any ideas?

 

Your pats key is not being recognized.
It wont crank or it wont start?

 

Not sure if our cars work this way, but also try using the key to unlock the drivers door, then give it a go.
Otherwise 157 is right.
Try another key as well.

Are you sure the battery is charged? headlights nice and bright?
