There are companies out there that sell cheaper ones that is a splice kit. I almost bought one until I out my hubby had already ordered me a set from WebElectric for Christmas.
Check on eBay....that's where I saw it.
System's fine, I did the manual reset on both sets and both had different issues. Lost my patience after the 2nd set didn't work.

For curiosity's sake. checked that website out....waaaay too much for a splice kit! You can go on eBay all day long and get them for around $70.00 if splicing is your thing. Even with that website's $20.00 off offer, it's still too high priced. My plug-n-play from WebElectric requires NO splicing and was only $119.00.
As far as the Chase feature, it's not that noticeable or different on a 3 bulb car. Now if it were taillights like the old '68 Cougar, Chasers would be awesome.

Actually, I think the Cougars are a 3 bulb system. The taillamps are just wider and they cycle a lot slower than the "new" aftermarket sequentials. A chase feature might be interesting on them though.

Chase is very noticeable on our cars. But to each their own. I think it was worth every penny, splice kit or not...

You gotta pay to be different I guess. Have fun with your lame sequential only...

Lame sequentials? Wow, at least I didn't say your Chasers were lame! I just said I think they cost too much for an effect that isn't THAT noticeable. Not only that but by saying the WebElectric Sequentials are Lame, you are saying about 90% of Mustang owners on this webside who have WebElectric have lame sequentials.

I agree Chasers are awesome. I am a fairly savvy electronics guy and that is way too much hassle and way too much money for some blinky lights that require you to run wires like you are connecting an amplifier.
