Sequentials
I have a 2006 Mustang. I purchased a set of the "Dynomite Sticks" from American Muscle back in '06 and had nothing but problems with them. I followed the instructions carefully during install but still spent the better part of the year watching light bulbs blow out on either side of my car at a rate of about 2 bulbs a month. Eventually the right side adapter fizzled out entirely and I just disconnected the harnesses and went back to stock. American Muscle only offered like a 3 month warranty on them at the time, so I was SoL.
After a couple years I finally decided to re-spend the money on a new pair. I, arguably foolishly, bought another pair from AM. They've been in my car now for about a year and a half and I can only recall needing to replace 2 brake lights. I attribute this to normal lifespan of the bulbs.
Long story short: Old Sequential Kit...Bad. New Sequential Kit...Good.
As a side observation, The old kit required a wire to be installed into the inner brakelight mount. The more modern one cuts out the middle-man and actually has it's own brakelight mounts included for the inner light. So yeah, the kit's pretty easy to install.

I haven't seen anyone mention the PerfectFlash F05 sequentials... I have them and love them... Reason I got them was that when I press down on the brakes, my lights will both light properly (as opposed to sequencing 1 time and them staying on). They are a bit more expensive, but I felt it was worth it...
