Strut brace for the Whipple..

Strut brace for the Whipple..
Can you anyone tell me if there is a strut brace that will go over a Whipple SC? I know about the hood clearance but I dont that I'll have a problem with a cowl hood..

$300 bucks is a bit much..I'd much rather make my own.
