Ok, dude, read this http://shnack.com/docs/mustang06.ownersmanual.pdf . Page 70.

It was posted above but you must have missed it. You're getting a lot of help here. You should be good-to-go with the info in the manual once you receive the FOB.

Reading this thread has me convinced that "the FOB" is akin to a high-ranking Mafia Don...or a God almost.

You should not use regular oil, use graphite
