Default what will she run

i just talked to my dad, he said he's fine with me getting an intake and tune from brenspeed this summer after i finish my 2nd semester of freshman year at school. he told me not to tell him the price because if he found out how much money i'm spending he'd reconsider. anyways, i'm getting the steeda cai/sct x3 cal tune. what would my car be capable of running in the 1/4, under the best conditions (perfect track prep, perfect temp, perfect launch, etc). i know its stupid, but i just wanted to have a good idea. my only other mod would be my md's which don't really do anything. so im otherwise stock.

thanks

Low 13's with practice. I wouldn't expect that number the first day out though.
It's funny how your dad doesn't want to know the price. just like my dad when I was younger also. Just like the usual why do you want to change your exhaust? From a girlfriend or friend w/o a mustang. That's one of the more expensive ones.

Brenspeed's tunes are great. I think you are going with the best. i only have a single 92 oct tune for my 06 gt auto.
Most likely you will start with this mod and later add more. may want to save some money and keep quiet with dad.

can you switch from a 87 tune to 92 on the fly? how would this work if you had a 1/4 tank of 87 octane? hrmm.

haha yeah man, thats what he said before i got the exhaust. but he likes how it sounds now, so i think a little more power will hopefully be alright. but if he heard i might drop around 620 bucks, he'd definitely reconsider haha.
