Thumbs up Pricing for 2011

I don't know if this has already been posted, but here's a link for the 2011 Mustang for both V6 and V8 and the options. I got the info from Muscular Mustangs on Twitter.

http://www.muscularmustangs.com/2010...ang_prices.php

I'm sorry if there was a thread started already or if I've posted this in the wrong section.

Epic win. A perfect price point IMO.

The 2011 is going to be a HUGE success for Ford.

It's a good price point (compared to the Camaro), but at the same time, the 2010 was a step up in pricing as well...

I kinda wish it was a little cheaper because I'm sure the mods for the car isn't gonna come cheap considering its a new motor and things are going to have to be redesigned (increasing the cost of aftermarket parts)

I'm sure a lot of people would like for it to be cheaper, but Ford really isn't thinking about what aftermarket companies will be pricing their products.

I thought $1600 for the Brembo package was a lot. What does that all include?

It's $2050 more for my build, not bad. Just for S&G I built a similar R/T and it was $1,000 more.

Not sure about prices guys...
A base GT isn't below $30K anymore.
So much for the Mustang being affordable...
The V6 might kill the GT sales actually, because it's fast enough for most and the guys that are going for HP and wanna have some kind of options will now be looking at the GT500 as a smarter choice.

C'mon Pascal, don't hurt our feelings.

Perhaps "most" is the operative term...

"Some" of us care about weight distribution, about turning that hoopy-thing we hold in our hands, and about the rumored claim that the new engine only weighs in at 10-15 lbs more than the outgoing 3V...

For the handling inspired, the big lump of iron the GT500 is still lugging around (not to mention the sc) is a deal-killer. We welcome 412 hp from the factory! And in a light-weight package, I'm loving it. I can't wait to see what folks get out of this thing in NA form.

Of course, then there are the masses...the "most" who haven't figured out what to do with the brake pedal...except step on it.

Best,
-j

See, you're agreeing with me...
We can't think Forums guys, we have to think masses, and you see the proof everyday on the road.
How many modded Stangs do you see in your daily commute?
In my case, not a lot and I see a lot of them on the road.

As far as the GT500, you can modify this thing to make it lighter and handle well but I still agree with you.
