you will be fine without retuning, whipple uses the same tune up to 12 psi. you may want to just check the a/f.

i would guesstimate you will pick up around 15 rwhp.

How can my A/F Ratio be checked other than visually looking at my A/F gauge?

What is an optimal A/F Ratio?

The sky is the limit, but you could pick up an Aluminator SB for about 3,300 then add about $2K for labor for the install and another grand or two for billet oil pump gears, gaskets, etc.
