Default Rubber WTF!?!?! E BRAKE

On my stang (2006, v6) there are three or so rubber cylinders on the frame any ideas what they do?
they attach only with a bracket, there is no wiring or anything?

any ideas?

Not sure. Exhaust hangers under the car are rubber cylinders attached with a bracket. But I'd think your exhaust should be attached to those.

e brake? Well, pull the handle and your e brake is on. Not sure what you're asking there.

Its the rubber harmonics isolators.
I have one on my old V6 muffler and
they abound under the V6.
They are noise cancellers...
