im in ca, had a ticket left on my windshield for the rear markers being tinted. (wasnt even a fix-it, i only had to pay 20 bucks) i would assume its illegal in all 50 states because of safety, but im only guessing.

 

play dumb, tell them you bought the car like that and they usually let you go with a warning

 

alright awesome, im just gunna have like a 40% ish tint on them, so its still slightly visible but has some tint to it.

 

I have my turn signals and sidemarkers tinted 2.5% limo black. I've been lucky so far because I haven't been pulled over.

Of course you can get a ticket for it. The question really is 'would you risk a ticket for it'. If the answer is yes, do it. If not, then keep it the way it is.

 

well im just gunna go pretty light on it then, and not black it out.....thanks, and ill post pics when i do it.
