Jumping in here late.
Typically, average thrust angle alignment 69.95-79.95
Wheel balance 35-45
No charge on rotations when balancing
This is across the board, Goodyear, Firestone, Midas, Pep Boys, Monroe, Sears, Tires Plus, Les Schwab, NTB. You name it, I deal with them all on a daily basis across the country. Mon-Fri
Dealers will generally be a little higher. But some have done some competitive menu pricing lately to drum up some after warranty work.

There has been some good advise given, and some not so in this thread, I will not point them out, or add to it as the problem seems to be getting resolved somewhat.

PS, I miss having access to balance my tires and align my own car on some of the best equipment

3 different alignments, 14 different tires/wheels, less than 30k miles, lol. I am stupid sometimes!
