Exhaust will net you nearly nothing ...you won't feel anything in the seat of your pants.

All mainly for looks and sound.

Check out VVME.com for HID kits...
be sure to get the dual beam....


And to answer your question.....the BLUEST lights you will get are 10000k temp......tho they will not be the brightest.

6000k offeres bright blueish hue with a brighter beam of light.
I have 8000k bc I wanted slightly more blue but I didn't want to get that pepsi can blue that attracts cops. Also....the 8000k is the bluest you can go without reaching a point of negative returns....IE....it's the bluest you get without losing light output severely enough to notice a difference
