Default a good wheel is hard to find.........

I've been looking around at rims, I'm thinking of 18x9 all around or 18x8.5 front 18x9.5 rear, my thing is I want something light, below 24lbs, and that wont break the bank ofcourse.
These I was told weight about 24 lbs,:

but still I think I could go lighter..................any sugestions???????????

I think cruizin concepts advertises the God Speed Omega 20x8.5 as 24.5#. That can only mean the 18's are lighter.
