Default CEL after muffler install

finally had the flowtech glasspacks welded in my overaxle's to tone the sound down and it did! but now on my way home the CEL came on, the p0171 code. i run the diablo, 1 of my friends adjusted some stuff in the obdII of the parameters, like the catalyst and exhaust temp control, turned them to off, installed the modified c&l street 93 tune, and now the cel is off. did that fix the problem? i have an o/r x with no cats, ive had it for awhile now, like 2 months and never had the cel come on. i just figured they turned off the rear o2s in the performance tune, i did not see an option clearly for turning off the rear o2s.

looking at a "universal" diablo owners manual, it said 05/06 but had alot of other info in it, but it said inside the obdII you could turn off the egr, and downstream o2 off and hego turned off all o2s. any one have any idea??

older software versions of diablo will allow you to turn off the rear o2's

newer software version have that feature removed

since you never saw the option to turn off the rear o2's that means they can only be turned off via a custom tune

Or you can run o2 simulators.

i called diablo, he said go into obdII and turn all 3 settings to off, that turns off all o2s. and that would clear the problem, but it did not. the code im getting is p1071. fuel filter maybe? exhaust leak?
