its been over a week and a half since i ordered a tune from American Muscle and their new partner Bama Chips! but the only problem is that it hasnt arrived! i have been waiting quite a long time now. it says 3-4 days for it to be done in the description, and its been more than a week and a half! is this how long it usually takes or is there something wrong? my email is correct cause i got a confirmation link when i bought it and all!

Oh no, an issue with Doug and a late tune? I thought for sure those issues would have been solved with his new partnership. Back to the old news for Doug again. Well, be happy he is with a reputable company now. If you ordered directly from him, you may be asking these questions on here two months after the order was placed like other fellow members have posted on here.

did you email AM? i know they are getting slammed with orders coming in since the merger.

 

actually i did try calling but the guy said that it might take a bit longer than 3 days but i didnt think more than a week!

 

i have the JLT and all the stuff ready for install, but all i need is the tune, and it kinda bugs me cause i like AM, ive bought a lot of stuff and theyre super helpful.

im pretty sure its a minor setback, but can they change the day, lol from 3-4 to like 3-10 or something.

 

I ordered my tunes the 11th, got an email the 16th requesting more info, sent it immediately, and still no tunes. I'm being patient though.
