If you are stuck between a 2010 and 2011 right now, I would do a 2011 GT. In the end you will just end up kicking yourself if you get the 2010, but that is of course if you can afford the cost.

Not to mention.. once you get the mod bug, you would of wished you went with the new model. I originally bought my GT and loved it as it was.. until the bug!!!! I keep spending money on it to make it look and now to perform better, and that was never my original intent.

Your comparing cars in different classes....

The question is....

2010 Mustang GT or 2011 V6 with 3.31 Option.
Approximately the same performance and price.

2011 Mustang GT or 2010 Roush 427R or 2010 Saleen 435S?
Left over 427R's will be $36,000 and 435's $32,000 in about 6 months based on last years prices (427R's for $35,000).

PS You can order 2011's for invoice if you shop around.

You already know what you want to do,just do it.
If you don't,you wil not be happy with your purchase.

Thanks for the replies. I'm headed to the dealer now. Today is the last day of the month and they are trying to hit month end quota. They are freaking out that I have not signed on the dotted line yet. If I can get another $1k I'm gonna bite on the 10'. 100hp is not worth $10k in my book. A few of you said it right as the 2011 for me would only be for bragging rights. Wish me luck!!!
