ok so i got the jlt cai/tuner combo from AM and just got my email asking for more info about my car. When it asks what cai i have installed do i say stock (since i dont have it yet) or do I give them the info as if I have the Jlt cai already installed....also do i do this once or 3 times to get all 3 octane levels?? sorry never done anything like this.

You tell them what CAI you ordered so they can create a custom tune for that particular model. You can then state which three octanes you would like. Hope this helps

Also AM has great customer service with very knowledgeable people working there, don't hesitate to call and ask them any questions.

+1 on asking the tech guyz wherever you buy your tunes from. And the 3 octanes should be what's available to you. I have 87, 89 and 91. The 87 custom tune kicks azz over the stock 87 tune. I typically run my 89 tune because it's characteristics are more suited o the type of driving I do.
