the sad thing is this was an FRPP dealer, I let them supply the gearset as either way it was the same price, I figured why not let them make a couple bucks on supplying the parts.

Dealers get pissy over gear installs. I went through the same thing. I am not sure how bad your "whine" is, perhaps you can live with it?
The performance gain was well worth it for me. I would do it again.

I had brenspeed install my 410's and i havent had any issues with them at all. Was a little pricey. Around 800 but well worth it considering i dont have the problems. There are some mods u can take too a different shop and let them do it for a cheaper price but gears are not that mod to do it with. I think u are better off going to a shop that actually uses there own products. Plus brenspeed warranties there work for a year.

If you have an auto and on the fence about it, just DO ET!! I would never go back.

Gas mileage decrease has been been very minimal, so far I avg 20.5mpg on the highway, but that includes spirited driving. Plus my mpg seems to avg lower compared to others that posted on here to begin with. With local driving, I still averaged close to the same of 18.5mpg.

To OP, hopefully you can get your issue resolved soon so you can actually start to enjoy that new gear set.
