Like the title says: Can this be done? I am having issues with the the custom tune companies because they my computer code is not yet supported for them to make tunes. So I bought a Ford Racing Tuner for 2010 V6's (I know its more conservative) I also have a C&L intake laying around that I would rather install then sell. Will the Ford Racing Tuner make me run a little richer so that I can put the intake on and not worry about running lean? Or should I just use the K&N drop in they give me?

I did just the opposite. I have the FRPP CAI and am running the C&L 91 OCt tune. The diameter of the intake are 2mm different, (C&L 83mm, FRPP 85mm) HAven't had any problems nor have I noticed any performance issues.



My guess is you'll be just fine.
