I could be wrong, but I think "drone" is where the sound hits a pitch that causes a vibrating sensation in your ears. I drove a GTO that did that and it made the car feel like a POS.... I think your stereo analogy was accurate... Wawawawa

 

i pretty much fixed the drone and rasp today in my or/h today...i took magnapacks and welded in before the axles and running bassani's at the rear...no rasp and just an aggressive sound now

so now you are running 2 mufflers each side?

 

yep! and actually the car is sounding alot better with the or/h now...it sounds more like the new edge style..just a deep rumble tone
