Default too much body flex?

Hi guys/gals,
07 GT - noticed that rear end started squeaking every time the rear part of the car is flexing ; for example, when parallel parking one rear wheel gets on a higher curbside and the whole rear end make a noise as if it is flexing. i don't think it is shocks/suspension. seems like the body is flexing and makes these sounds.
I was told that adjusting the trunk lid position may help with the sounds... ;-)

any thoughts/suggestions?

Id bet it isnt body flex at all when parking. I can launch my car at the dragstrip at 3000 RPM and not get an body flex..
Try lubing all the rear suspension bushings.

there is ALWAYS some body flex - say you jack up one front wheel and compare distance to the ground between front and rear jack points on that side - I am positive there will be a difference between the two. No chassis is 100% stiff, not possible. just some cars are more flexible than others.

don't think it is the suspension. i did a little experiment - backed onto a curb with the trunk OPEN and didn't hear much squeaking. Looks like the trunk stoppers are rubbing (which is indicative of some body flex :-)\
guess i need to figure out how to adjust the trunk lid setting...

During parking, your springs will take all the flexing
leaving the body totally static.
Its suspension noise.
Unless Ford forgot a few hundred spot wels on the rear body...
What suspension mods have you done?
Ever loosened a suspension bolt back there?
There is always some chassis flex when jacking one corner by the body
but you would need a 0.001 dial indicator and a really big surface plate to see it...
Not easily visable with the naked eye and a tape measurer...

But I have a special naked eye!

I do agree there had to be some body flex while load is shifting but it was very minimal compared to other cars where, tape measure or not you can see the car is screaming.
