Shawn (and I) ordered our GTs through the Exchange New Car Sales program (www.encs.com), which is exclusively for active duty (or reservists on active duty status) service members deployed outside the US. The $2K military rebate is just that; available only through the ENCS.
Shawn, you may very well want to consider the taller gears from the factory; not only is it cheaper to get them now, but aftermarket gear swaps very frequently are not done correctly, resulting in gear whine, reduced life-span, etc. The gears are the one option that, if you ever plan on getting it done, it makes more sense to do it from the factory. I would recommend 3.55s if it's not going to live at a drag strip with drag slicks, etc. That subject has been beaten to death elsewhere here and on other forums, but suffice it to say that the 3.55s are an excellent compromise between fuel economy and all-out acceleration.
The ENCS is really a pretty good deal; there's no haggling or negotiating, the nice Irish gentleman (they're all Irish for some reason) is not out to screw you, and prices seem to be about invoice + holdback. I'll show you what I paid for my GT (Kona / Black(GB stripe):
Item MSRP My price
Car $32,845 $32,050
Owner's Protection $1205 $1205
Freight $850 $850
Del. Point Processing $250 $250
3.55 $395 $364
Sec. Pkg $395 $364
Comf. Pkg $595 $548.5
Brembo $1695 $1562
Elec Pkg $2340 $2156
HID $525 $483.5
Glass roof $1995 $1838
Rear Cam $240 $221
401A $395 $364
Total $43,725 $42,256
-$2000 rebate
Total price for me: $40,256 - $3469 under MSRP. And the whole process took about 20 minutes to pick through all the options (and I do mean ALL the options). Plus, I've never bought a car with an M16 sitting on my lap; that ought to be a good story in the future.
What's nice is, if at any point before delivery (next march for me) the rebates go up, I get them. If they go down, I keep the old (higher) one. If I decide I want another car, I get to move all the money I've put down so far to the new one with no penalties. Any money I give to ENCS before taking delivery counts as a down payment, so I get a year of 0% loan before I even take delivery. And, by the time I get it, all you guys will have figured out all the good mods!

Wow, good point on the taller gears. I just added the 3.73 Rear Axle Ratio. How is that different from the 3.31 and 3.55? Is it the higher rear axle ratio you go the higher top end you'll have? But then the higher you go the more low end power is lost, right? Basically I want the one that will give me the fastest acceleration. Sorry for the noob questions.
I like your way of thinking about the ENCS. It makes sense to go with them especially when I can get out of it at anytime. Thanks for your input! It really helped. Be safe out there man.

You invoice prices are screwy, though. Check out the invoice pirces listed on Edmunds.
Your table is edited below to include dealer invoice prices.

Owner's Protection $1205 $1205 $1,205

3.55 $395 $364 $344

Military Discount $0 $2,000 $0
Total $43,725 $40,256 $40,461
So, your purchase at $40,256 is $205 under invoice, assuming purchase of the extended warranty remains at the same price. That is a good deal.

However, it isn't a 0% loan. The money paid is a 0% return on investment prior to purchase. (Here, hold my money for me.)
