They are top notch. I have ordered every performance part I have from them. Anybody that lives close enough to them to have install work done there is real lucky IMO.

sorry fellas but it was 500 for the labor plus parts. i have heard of guys getting it done for a bit cheaper. Around 250 for install plus parts but those people generally had whine. In fact there was a guy talking about that after his install. This is one of the few installs where u want a better price b/c the good shop is to expensive. Get it done by someone who knows what the hell they are doing like brenspeed

I purchased the SCT Xcal3 w/ 3 custom tunes from Brenspeed back in March. They accidentally sent (87/91/93), instead of (87/89/91), however I worked with the tuning dept. and they were able to email me the 89 tune within 2 business days. =-)
I was in contact with a customer service rep and/or tuning dept. throughout the whole time. The communication and customer service was superior!

I went up the their facility this spring, 45 min drive from home. Great bunch of guys. Took us on a tour and invited us back up for a "dyno day" they are planning this summer.

When the time comes for me to crack for a CAI and Tune, they will be the ones I will use.

Professional attitude all the way from the small dealings I have had with them to date.

You're absolutely right, and so many company's and their employees fail to follow that simple concept.

I've heard nothing but good things from American Muscle and Brenspeed. Two quality company's.
