I recently bought a 2010 gt and after putting 1200 miles on it in 3 weeks, I noticed the exact same vibration this past weekend. After noticing it, I started paying attention to it and it happened between 20 and 40 mph, in third gear only and if you gave it gas, it would disapppear. I also noticed pushing slightly forward on the shifter it would disappear, then let off and it would start again. Just wondering if this is a common trait with these transmissions. By the way, its not a really bad vibration, just really annoying.

Same exact issue and circumstances with mine.

i had vibration in mine for months. drove me crazy trying to find it. i also had clunking in my driveline also. i added CHE k-member brace with torque limiters and all of that is gone. i just added it on saturday and drove the car only once since then, but i noticed a big difference!!!

I dont know what braces you are talking about so I will have to do some research on that. The only problem with mine is the vibration in the shifter, no clunking in the driveline so I am not sure if it is even worth worrying about. Maybe we will get some more feedback on this.

the CHE k-member brace with torque limiters is like a cross member near the front of the car just behind the front tires. it is connected to the front control arms. the torque limiters is like a turnbuckle that bolts to the brace and up to two bell housing bolts holding the transmission straight and firm and you throttle up on the gas. it is only $159!!
