Default help with wideband a/f o2 sensor

where do i mount the o2 sensor for my gauge?

I had an exhaust shop tap into the driver side exhaust just behind the manifold and weld in the bung. Charged me $10.

I'm going to mount mine as close to the factory location as I can, figure Ford picked that location for a reason

Agreed. You should never mount an O2 sensor on the underside of an exhaust pipe. However, that pic is from an SN95. The S197 has much more room to properly mount the wideband O2 sensor on the driver's side.

if you look at the pic closely the pipe is coming down so its not under the pipe bc its at an angle, so essentially its on the side.

Mine's mounted on the drivers side rear factory location...It has the proper angle to avoid condensation
