Only if you get different rims and want to have TPMS on those to keep the stupid light off...

It depends on whether you got all five lug nuts on right. If you only got four, the car will idle rough because it's only running on four of five lug nuts, and you'll see a 20% drop in engine performance.

no that only happens if you have 3 lugs torqued to spec and the other two are over torqued.

Could be your Muffler Bearings or your Blinker Fluid getting low.

See folks, it just goes to show ya, no matter how experienced you are with big horsepower builds with these mod motors, you never stop learning.

Nope.
I have had mine off for bout 35K miles and at first the TPMS would
light right after starting the stang and flash for a while then go out
until the next start-up.
After about 25K miles of this, the light now just stays illuminated
constantly during driving and flashes at me about every 2K miles.

Pull the sensors, put them in a PVC tube with a schrader valve,
air the tube up to 32LBS and toss it in the trunk. Now the Govt
Mandated TPMS system will be happy and no message center
low air displays...

And yes, you can pull the indicator light but its a SurfaceMount
LightEmmittingDiode and they are quite tricky to remove even by
highly skilled and well seasoned service technicians.

Now that I thought about it, just Thursday I plugged my left rear tire becuase I had a nail in it. The previous day I drove my car about 250+ miles with all the other tires at ~40psi, and that tire at ~25psi. Shouldn't that have triggered the TPMS light? I don't remember seeing a light at all. I have an 06, perhaps the very early models don't have TPMS? I'm not sure of my production month...

It goes the other way around as well...
If your battery goes flat, so are your tires, lol.
