Going to buy a GT/CS

Nothing impressive about bolt on parts from a Roush catalog at all.
Now if someone has a P51 thats cool.
I fully intend to run forged rods and pistons and spin this 5.0 as fast as she still build power....with forced induction.
I'll wave from the finish line

Just an update:
Heard back from one of the bigger dealerships in the area today. They said that the MSRP for the car is $41,410, which it is, and that their "best offer" is $41,000 because it's an extremely specific build and special edition. UGH! Told him that that just wasn't good enough. Got off the phone with him and called another dealership. He said he'd have to "run the numbers on monday" and get back to me. I told him what the invoice for the car is ($37,829), and he said that he'd definitely "meet me somewhere in between the sticker price and invoice." I'm calling the dealership on monday to re-tell them all the options I'm looking for and see what their best offer is. If it's not within about $500 of the invoice, I'm gonna keep calling around. (Like Nuke said.) I really, really don't want an out the door price (tax/title/everything) of more than about $39,250. I'm gonna shoot for the 72 month lease, and that should put my montly payments around $650. I think that they're not taking me as seriously because I'm not actually going to the dealership. The first one is easily 30 minutes away, so if they weren't gonna negotiate more than 41k even I'm not gonna waste my time. But another dealership is about 10 minutes away, so I'll try it again next week.
So, here's my questions:
1) Is an OTD price of 39250 reasonable? I want to be fair, but I don't want to throw money away.
2)There's currently a $500 dollar incentive from Ford on all new 2011 mustangs. Are there any other things from Ford that I can use to save money? I heard about a brochure where I can get $750 off a mustang? How can I get my hands on that?!
3) How would you more experienced buyers procede? (Nuke especially) No need for a huge, long answer, just some quick pointers. Thanks guys!

These are full production vehicles, there not rare....Something in stock u may have to deal with whats on the car or settle for a color, or u can just wait 2 months and order one... either way no more than 500 over invoice, minus incentives....

$200-$500 over is a fair price for everyone, IMHO. I'd shoot for email quotes from the dealers in the area, most Internet departments sell the cars for a few hundred over invoice. That way you have the price in writing before you head to the dealership. DO NOT lease a car for 72 months. If you mean finance, I'd shoot for the shortest term you can afford.
Asking people on a forum what is a fair "Out the door" price is not a good question, since each state varies in taxes, tags, etc. Negotiate the price of the car first, the taxes and title fees are set by your state/county etc. Just make sure to ask for an itemized purchase order so you can see all the costs upfront.
Good luck.
