Welp you could always list the car up for sale, you will have some time before the Coyote roams the lots in greater numbers to sell your GT.

Return as much as you can back to stock and throw the parts up on ebay.

Your GT with those miles seem to be still hitting $15-18k at dealers here so who knows, you might get a small profit. Of course every area has a different market.

You would do best to wait a little instead of trying to be the first with a Coyote and of course you could always try going in on a rainy Saturday night.

Good luck with everything.

I thought about trading mine in.
I wrestled with it even though I really did not like the look of the new models. (no offense to anyone.), and my car payment would skyrocket.
I then decided that I would regret it later.

Now I have more money for the mods and making the car the way I want it, and I also have the body style I love.
I flat out have the car I love.

4.10's, Hot Rod Cams, BBK Long Tube Headers, BBK high flow catted X pipe, and a custom dyno tune coming this week.
Driving to the DFW are Thursday morning to have it done.

Later on, in a year or so... I may also install an SC.. dunno yet.

I AM SO happy I made this decision over getting a car with the body style I did not like just because ...(at least the way my car is today at this hour) the new 5.0 is faster.
Trust me... my car WILL end up being a 5.0 killer.
It WILL come.

I just started thsi last week. You're working backwards. Shop around. If you limit yourself to one dealership, then you'll live up to your name.

Aslo, I would strip off what ever mods you can before you sell/trade in your car as it doesn't help your resale value.

Those of you telling OP they can buy at invoice or below (or what ever #) should provide the specific details on how to negotiate to those figures. Otherwise, the advice is too generic.

Simply obtain an X-Plan pin number from someone who works for Ford. I found an fellow Mustang Forums member that was willing to give me one. The 2011 Mustang GT has always been available for purchase with the X-Plan program.
