Default quick question

question: if i were to purchase an off road x pipe, would a ford dealership be able to adjust factory tune for the use of no cats? i'm just curious because i dont have a handheld yet and would really like to slap on an o/r x. will have a cai/handheld combo in a couple of months? would make more sense to wait i know, but i'm itching for it to be done now
