Default New supercharger pulley too small?

Hey all. Tonight I tried installing my 3" supercharger pulley and found that when it was hand tight, it didn't seem to clear the snout and the supercharger wouldn't turn. It's like the outside relief of the inner diameter is too small. Anyone else experience this? Old one turns just fine when hand tight and fully tight.

Update: Sent some photos to Brenspeed and talked with Chandler I guess my supercharger is of the 'older' generation and the pulley I have wont clear the supercharger. They have some that they've had clearanced that they can ship me on Monday, but I have my 3" pulley at a machine shop right now hoping he can get it done within the next hour or two. Tired of waiting.

Did 2006's come with a few different chargers? I didn't think they changed them until 2007 or 2008, so you'd think it should have come with the proper pulley on the first go.

I had the fuel pump all done, oil changed, and was soooo excited to drive it lol.

hopefully the machine shop can get that setup for you siggy.

btw, you'll need that pulley to keep up with me! my hot rods cams are back
in, along with my 12psi pulley.
