Capping is listed as a "product" on their website, so all you need to do is add the Bulb Capping Service to your cart.

If you see "Bi-xenon", then they are both high and low beams.

Let me know how it goes. I have their kit and I've had no issues for well over the year I've owned them. Like previously stated I'm curious as why the price has dropped since I've bought. I'm sure you'll get a great product for a great price. Let us know how your purchase goes if you get 'em.

"Slim digital" simply means that the ballast that comes with the kit is a slim design. Its thinner, has a smaller footprint making mounting a lot easier in your engine bay.

I recently installed an Xtreme 4300k kit from Xenon Depot (www.xenondepot.com). It's awesome. They've been in business since 2001 and they sell a quality product.

What's this I'm reading about capping on the S197's? I have a 2003 GT and might be getting a 2011 soon....

BTW, when shopping, be aware there are Hi/Low kits and Bi-Xenon kits. There is a difference since our cars use 1 bulb for standard and hi-beam. The Hi/Low will have the HID standard bulb with a halogen bulb in the same unit for hi-beam. The Bi-Xenon is a single HID bulb that will extend further out when Hi-Beams are selected by you to allow more visible light out. The base of the bulb has a magnet to allow this. The Bi-Xenon are somewhat more expensive than Hi/Low kits, but worth it IMO.

I just ordered the 35W Bi-Xenon Slim Digital 5000K setup for $91 shipped to my door. I have read alot of good stuff on VVME, but never used them personally. I will be sure to post when they come in and get installed. Good luck. Let us know how you like yours.
