Anybody use Ford Racing High Performance Oil Filters?

It's pretty easy to educate yourself on oil filters with the information superhighway...

The main advantage is increased burst strength, increased media surface area, and abilty to flow more oil which is important in a motor running high rpms.

The best value is the 820s mentioned above. BTW the AMS filter does not meet Ford specs due to the bypass valve.

I have the FRPP Power Upgrade package. I always wondered why they include the oil filter. If anyone claims noticeable performance gains just from that they're smoking something.

I read on Bob's The Oil Guy's website that the FRPP oil filter has bigger flow holes. So, I guess it can filter more oil quicker and allow for a better oil flow rate.
