i talked to the insurance so i can get a list of what products were damage to see how they come up with a conclusion that its totaled if they totaled it at 11 well my car is worth way more than 11. how is it that its totaled they said they would give me 15 for the car so isnt that what their saying its worth so if the damages to fix it is 11 why wont they just fix my car how is it totaled also.... i asked is he adding everything thats wrong with it so i asked him how many tires were flat to see if they were adding everything.... he said the 2 front ones cause the car had front impact but i only had one flat in the front and in the back its like they didnt even check it right

The damage estimate is based on the visual inspection and the cost can and probably will go up when the body shop starts tearing into the car. It is considered totaled because the cost of the damage is over 60 or 70 percent of the value of the car. If the offer of 15k is right they are being pretty fair with you.

i guess it doesnt seem fair to me that i loose my car for driving down the road following all the rules.... i might end up taking the 11 and the car and let the gap insurance cover the rest and hope i can just give payments for the 4000 wich is what the salvage is worth

I would let them pay off the loan give them the car. Then you are free and clear and you get out from what sounds like a bad loan. Buy yourself a beater and put the money you were making on the payments in the bank and save up for a year or two and pay cash for the next car.
