I´ve been wondering this too! Thanks for the info!

So, no sniff tests, but how about vehicle inspections? Here in MD you do it once when you buy the car (or when you move to MD), but in PA and I think WV you have to do it every year. Maryland has no emissions, but they would fail your inspection for no cats....

Maryland does have emission tests every 2 years! Like Virginia

I´ve never had an emissions test, nor my family. Must be a central MD thing. Central MD is a shthole
