Default Ever so slight imperfection

If you sit in the driver's seat dead center, the steering wheel is slightly to the left off center to you. In my 2008, dead center of my eyes is the zero on the speedometer. Not a problem but, just noticing it.

It would bother me too! With 15000 miles since November 3, 2009 I would be pissed if I noticed something like that, bad enough I have a small chip on the right side of the hood!

maybe it has a purpose? i dont know about you guys but since mines a manual i tend to steer with the left hand, maybe it is designed a little for that in mind? but not so drastic that the average person would notice.

Yeah I noticed that every few days my interior collects dust. Then I have to get out the swiffer duster and go over everything.

Sheesh.

LOL! That is the kind of thing that would drive me crazy - with my car, at least

My wife has a Taurus X and she pointed out to me the other day that her steering wheel tilts a bit to the right when it should be dead center. I told her I wouldn't have noticed if she hadn't mentioned it. Of course, the next chance I got I checked out my 'Stang but the wheel was dead center -thankfully one little niggle I don't have.

This is probably adjustable, BTW

Wake me up when your steering
wheel winds up on the passenger side of the car! Wow! I'm doing good to keep mine between the lines. LOL

You got to be sh**ing me. I have this very same issue and have had it aligned twice for this. Well not entirely for this particular issue... Mainly cause I just put shocks and springs and wanted to make sure it was aligned but thought that it wasn't properly aligned because it had to be tilted slightly to the left even after the alignment. Wow...I'm glad I now know it isn't just me. I'm sure it's something that could be adjusted but I'll look into it sometime in the future. Unless someone post some info up.

My last alignment has fixed this slight imperfection a lot but I noticed it is still there on while driving on some roads.
