Default hood question

Im looking at a new hood. This might be a dumb question but the hoodS IM looking at are all ram air and some have vents. Since my car is my daily driver, will I have problems with water from rain or snow getting into my engine?

no problems with water getting in, some people worry about the ram airs getting the intake filter wet. Nobody has had problems with it.

well, over the heat extractors, yes, but theres nothing there that cant get wet, just iron and steel, the only thing you would worry about is the intake getting wait. its always cool driving my mustang for a bit then washing my car and watergets in and you can see steam just pouring out the vents, looks awesome! so yes, water can get in the heat extractors, but thats not where you have to worry about. the actual scoops would be were youshould worry, and theres no issue there.
