Steering Wheel Shimmy Normal or something wrong?

Tire balance could be it, but it could also be a bent rim(s) and/or a damage tire(s). Id get it looked at as soon as you could just in case.

I had the same problem with steering wheel shake around 55-60. I thought it was my alignment so I had that checked, then the guy mentioned that my wheels were not balanced right. At first I thought he was just trying to sell me something, but I had him do it and the shake is completely gone at all speeds.

That being said, it's possible that you bent a rim going over that bump. Hopefully not though.

Good to hear, mine is pretty bad but I'm used to it. I may try a complete speed balance at a reputable shop.
