Didn't skip english class, just don't care enough about grammer police to check a forum post. Given my profession, I likely have better grammer than you. So neenerneeenerneener

Default Install done

Well i just got back from picking the car up from the installer. i have to say when it is all said and done i am a bit.... OMFG! Lol, OMG that thing hits hard. I can't believe all that bass comes from a single speaker. I have the thing on a bit more than 1/4 for the remote sub control and it has so much bass it vibrates the mirrors. If you turn the thing on max on a bass heavy track it rattles the walls literally. The installer was shaking the displays on the adjusting everything.

i am very pleased, the guys did a great job with the install too. they mounted the amp high up on the back of the seats so it's out of the way. The volume control for the subs is in the console where i can reach it, but don;t have to look at it. The volume does go up and down to some extent with the factory controls. It sounds really, really good and looks fantastic. It looks like what Ford should have done with the shaker 1000. the carpet almost matches perfect, It looks great. install pics below:

Lookin good. I don't think I like the way he ran your wires along the same side though. If you start hearing engine noise through your sub down the road, re-run the power or rca's (one or the other) along the other side of the car.

Either way I'm sure you're happy with the big improvement, now you need an alarm.

They are on opposite sides....arent they? Looks like RCA down driver side, power, ground and remote down passenger side along the factory wire and the amp remote down the center. Or maybe Im looking at it wrong.
I told you it would kick the hell out of a 1000 LOL.
