Default Seat belt light flashing?

I was driving the other day and i noticed my seat belt light acting up. It would flash once, pause, then flash 9 more times, then stop. And it repeated a few times and eventually stayed on. It did it a couple times while driving but i wont have my car for a while due to school. Anyone heard of this problem before?

If you have any weight in the passenger seat, but less than 100lbs, your airbag light will illuminate. Did you have anything sitting in the passenger seat?

Or if your missing a driver side airbag it will stay on . Thats kinda scary an airbag malfunction flying out going down the highway lol, thats one light I wouldn't want blinking at me.
