Default Please help Body and Paint specs needed!!!!

ok I was side swiped by another car a couple of days ago hopefully the link to my photo album works so the pictures can be seen. My question goes out to anyone who has Knowledge of body and paint work.
1. Do I need a new bumber or could the old bumper be fixed to the original shine.
2.Around what price should I expect to pay I'm in Washington DC if that helps with pricing.
3.If I need a new bumper any suggestion.

I'm not very knowledgable on the subject but I think you might be able to repair the bumper and the actual damaged area isn't very large so paint might not be too expensive.

Did you catch the guy that hit you?

Easy fix.
You don't need a new bumper, not even close.
Straighten that fender corner and everything will line up after repair.
You're looking out $800 roughly between the bumper and fender...

I have the same type of wrinkle kind of dent where the corner of the headlight is closest to the bumper.
